My Sister's Birthday

I have been blessed with two awesome sisters who are also my best friends. I gave the birthday girl a card when we had lunch last weekend, but I also wanted her to get mail, so I made her a second card this year.

The first card was made with the Sole Sisters Collection Kit from Imaginisce (a great Scrapbook Steal). I used Sizzix doodle Dots Alphabars and Telephone & Diary Dies, a Fiskars Border Punch, and a Spellbinders Scalloped Squares Die. The Inside sentiment was stamped with A Birthday Filled Stamp from PrintWorksCollection. I also used a flower stamp from the Sole Sisters Collection Kit and I cut the little heart with the doodle Dots Alphabars.

This second, more sophisticated, birthday card was made using the Spellbinders Layered Elegant Swirl Die. The flower brad and paper are from The Sweetest Collection from My Mind's Eye. Love their papers and accessories! I also Spellbinders Fancy Tags Two and some ribbon from my stash.

Since I had all the Sole Sisters Stuff out, I used some scraps to put together this cheery hello card. The sentiment is from TSOL's flower2doodle stamp set. I wanted to use enamel dots, but didn't have any that matched, so gold and red gemstones were used instead. TFL!
